About the Role

As a Regional Clinical Support Nurse , you’ll be a key clinical leader supporting communities across our organization in PA, NJ, DE, VA,and OH. Your work will ensure high-quality care and help strengthen wellness programs in both new and existing communities.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Wellness Services (DWS) and the Regional Wellness Specialist (RWS) to maintain Inspirit’s standards and provide mentoring and hands-on guidance where it’s needed most.

Key Responsibilities

Travel extensively, sometimes with short notice, to provide on-site support.
Identify and resolve clinical operational issues while offering hands-on guidance.
Ensure resident care systems meet Inspirit Senior Living standards.
Provide temporary leadership during staffing transitions or when clinical leaders are absent.
Train and mentor newly hired clinical leaders, coordinators, and department heads.
Support new or challenged communities by reinforcing Inspirit’s philosophy and principles.
Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and technical assistance to team members and communities.
Oversee regulatory compliance and support the Quality Assurance/Quality Service Review process.
Train and provide ongoing support for the company-wide clinical software system.
Support and oversee pharmacy transitions in partnership with the RWS, relevant departments, and providers.
Maintain resident confidentiality and coach others on its importance.
Remain available by phone for clinical program questions and support.
Lead by example and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license with active licensure in multiple states, as required for the position.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in long-term care or healthcare management.
Licensure: Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license with active licensure in multiple states, as required for the position.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively, sometimes on very short notice.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Caring, compassionate attitude with genuine concern for people.
Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to community needs during off-duty times.
Solid judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
