Full Job Description

Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection is an iconic luxury inn located in legendary Deer Valley, Utah. Designed in the spirit of an Austrian ski chalet, the intimate resort’s mid-mountain location offers direct access to over 200 perfectly groomed ski runs and 4,300 skiable acres as well as warm-weather outdoor pursuits. The 18 newly redesigned rooms and suites, including a Signature Suite that occupies the entire fourth floor, offer old-world charm with wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and arched doorways; and, 40 residences, set in two new modern buildings designed by acclaimed architect Tom Kundig, are outfitted with full-service kitchens, contemporary living spaces and private balconies. Resort amenities include a luxurious lobby, adjacent Terrasse, exclusive private dining room, unique venues for private events and post-adventure wellness amenities such as customized massages in spa suites, breathtaking rooftop pool, infinity-edge hot tub and state-of-the-art fitness center. An award-winning restaurant skillfully marries Bavarian specialties with farm-fresh regional fare sourced from local Park City pastures, while the Antler Lounge, a chic gathering spot, comes alive in the evenings with après cocktails and live entertainment. Founded in 1992, the inn is owned by the philanthropic Eccles family who have been a part of the development of Utah’s ski region since the late 1800s.

Every day is different, but key responsibilities include:

Brand Marketing + Strategy

Support the Director of Marketing with all marketing initiatives, from conception to execution
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives that drive brand positioning and awareness
Execute and evolve the property's integrated marketing plan in alignment with the Auberge brand, performance insights, and local market strategy

Social Media

Develop and oversee social media strategy and execution, owning all day-to-day social media initiatives
Concept, curate, and produce content (photo, video, and copy) that reflects the luxury resort experience and engages our audience
Own all community management, engaging with followers and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy

Public Relations/Tastemaker

Manage press materials, site alert forms, calendars, and tastemaker agreements
Support media and influencer visits, coordinating reservations, itineraries, and logistics for media and influencer visit

Digital / Email Marketing

Support digital and website marketing efforts, including online reputation management, asset and copy development for website and ads
Daily maintenance and updating of website
Manage the email marketing calendar, coordinating with the property and central teams on content planning, execution, and performance analysis
Oversee creation and deployment of brand-aligned email campaigns with thoughtful cadence, segmentation strategy, and performance optimization

Marketing Partnerships & Events

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing in implementing and evaluating creative, on-brand partnerships and events, including brainstorming and developing collaborations with luxury brands, tastemakers, and businesses
Oversee event logistics, maintain critical paths and checklists, and coordinate with the on-property operations team to ensure seamless execution and communication

On Property Branding and Collateral

Serve as on-property branding expert - ensuring aesthetic guidelines are being met across the property
Design and update marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, pre-arrival materials, F&B assets, and area maps

Asset Management

Organize and update digital assets, ensuring all photo/video libraries and promotional materials are current and accessible
Photoshoot planning and execution
Maintain and update current repository of collateral: i.e Hotel Key Facts/Assets, Photo + Videos, Promotional Calendars, Key Messaging, etc

Administrative Support

Administrative tasks as needed, such as tracking expenses and sourcing materials
Create reports and monthly recaps to showcase results and activations

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
4+ years of work experience in the luxury space.
Proven experience creating social media content, particularly on Instagram; events experience is a plus
Hotel operational experience a plus
Creative self-starter with a positive, proactive, and organized mindset; capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
This is an on-property role located in Deer Valley, Utah.
