This position is located at Reactive Physical Therapy in Logan, Utah 84341, approximately 80 miles north of Salt Lake City.

What You Will Do

Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s condition, goals, and functional limitations
Deliver evidence-based treatments focused on measurable outcomes
Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment plan, and recovery process
Progress and adjust treatment plans based on objective improvements
Help patients return to work, sports, recreation, and daily activities
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, PTAs, and support staff
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Maintain strong ethical, professional, and clinical standards
Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery
Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-focused clinic culture

What We Are Looking For

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Utah
New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
Outpatient Physical Therapy experience is helpful but not required
Strong interest in evidence-based care and patient education
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, dependable, and accountable
Growth-minded and open to mentorship and feedback

Position Details

Job location: Logan, Utah 84341
This is not a Salt Lake City-based position
Full-time Physical Therapist position
Three days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Two days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
No on-call responsibilities
One-hour patient visits
Dedicated support staff
Outpatient Physical Therapy setting
Position available due to clinic expansion
Relocation assistance available
