ALKEME Insurance, is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant Account Manager to support our growing commercial lines team in Sandy, Utah.

This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial Lines Assistant, Account Coordinator, or Account Manager Trainee who thrives in a fast-paced insurance environment and enjoys delivering high-quality client service.

The Commercial Assistant Account Manager supports Senior Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts. This role focuses on policy processing, documentation, client service, and ensuring accuracy across all aspects of account management using Applied Epic.

What You’ll Do as the Commercial Assistant Account Manager

Maintain accurate client and policy data within Applied Epic (EPIC AMS), including updates, endorsements, and renewals
Assist with submission of applications to insurance carriers and follow up on quotes and proposals
Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), binders, and evidence of coverage
Process policy changes, endorsements, and account documentation with a high level of accuracy
Assist with audits, loss runs, and policy documentation requests
Support clients with claims reporting and general service inquiries
Collaborate with Account Managers and carrier partners to ensure timely and efficient service
Provide administrative and operational support to maintain a high level of client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance support, account management, or CSR roles
Proficiency in Applied Epic (EPIC AMS) required
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, policies, endorsements, and certificates
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced insurance agency environment
