Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a driven, creative individual who wants more than a “job”—someone who wants to build a career helping clients transform their homes. While the company provides opportunities, our most successful designers actively generate referrals, build relationships in the community, and create additional business opportunities on their own.
You do not need prior closet or design experience. We will train the right person. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, think creatively, and confidently guide clients to decisions.
The Sales Designer is responsible for growing sales and profitability by designing and selling custom storage solutions. This includes meeting with clients, space planning, materials selection, design execution, proposal creation, closing sales, and project coordination using the Inspired Closets sales and design process.
What You Can Expect
- A structured, hands-on training program that teaches both design and sales
- Ongoing coaching to help you improve your skills and grow your income
- A role where every day is different—new clients, new spaces, new challenges
We don’t expect you to come in knowing everything. We do expect you to be coachable, accountable, motivated to succeed, and willing to actively generate opportunities through networking, referrals, follow-up, and community involvement
If you’re looking for a role where your effort directly impacts your income—and where you can build a meaningful, client-focused career—we’d like to meet you.
