KR Groovin' Grooming is seeking a responsible, hard working, and caring full time mobile groomer to take over a fully insured truck/trailer set up WITH CLIENTS READY TO BE BOOKED!
All new inquiring clientele will come straight to you!
Candidates must have at least 2 years of grooming experience and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and pet coat maintenance tailored to each breed and owner preferences
- Handle animals safely and gently during grooming procedures, utilizing animal restraint techniques when necessary
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming requests and provide professional advice on pet coat styling and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, sanitary grooming environment within the mobile unit, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use
- Manage pet care during grooming appointments, including pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic veterinary-related tasks if needed
- Assist with animal handling duties such as dog training, animal restraint, and animal care to ensure safety for pets and staff alike
- Keep detailed records of each grooming session, noting any health concerns or special instructions from pet owners
Requirements
- Proven experience in pet grooming, dog handling, or animal care roles such as veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of pet coat styling, pet nail trimming, animal restraint techniques, and general pet grooming practices
- Experience with veterinary procedures or veterinary experience is a plus for understanding health considerations during grooming
- Excellent communication skills to engage with pet owners confidently and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for handling larger or heavier animals
- Familiarity with kennel experience or pet sitting enhances ability to manage multiple pets efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfort operating mobile grooming units is preferred

Pay: $900.00 - $2,000.00 per week
