Bag Machine Operator

What You'll Do

Operate bag converting equipment safely and efficiently
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
Complete production documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Bag Machine Setup Technician

Looking for a Skilled Problem Solver Who Takes Pride in Their Work

We're seeking an experienced and mechanically inclined Bag Machine Setup Technician to help keep our production running efficiently. This role is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing bag converting equipment while supporting production operators.

What You'll Do

Set up bag converting machines for new production orders
Perform machine changeovers quickly and accurately
Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
Assist operators with machine performance and quality concerns
Verify first-piece quality before production begins
Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
Work closely with production leadership to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Maintain accurate setup and production records

What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Manufacturing setup or machine technician experience preferred
Ability to read work orders, tape measure, and product specifications
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
