<Job Summary>
We are a well-established and growing medical practice seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This is a key leadership role responsible for increasing patient acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and supporting continued practice growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced environment. MUST have experience in a medical field.

<Responsibilities>

Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans and budgets
Oversee digital marketing (website, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media)
Manage online reputation and patient review platforms
Build and maintain referral relationships with providers and community partners
Coordinate events, outreach programs, and community engagement efforts
Track KPIs and provide performance reports with data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with practice growth goals

<Skills>

3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or medical practice required)
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Excellent communication and project management skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HIPAA marketing guidelines is a plus
Excellent research skills combined with copywriting ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
Knowledge of performance marketing techniques aimed at optimizing campaign results through analytics insights.
Experience in product management support roles including campaign planning aligned with product launches.
Strong budgeting skills for planning and executing campaigns within allocated resources while tracking effectiveness. This role is perfect for a motivated marketer eager to make an impact through innovative strategies and creative execution!
