The Role
We are looking for high-performance, relentless sales closers who thrive in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment. This is NOT a passive sales role — you will be expected to take ownership of inbound leads, follow up aggressively, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
If you’ve worked in a call center, handled 200–300+ calls per week, and know how to close, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound leads generated through paid ads (no cold calling)
- Make 200–300+ calls per week with speed, consistency, and urgency
- Qualify, nurture, and close prospects into flight training programs
- Maintain strong follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails)
- Track and manage pipeline using CRM systems
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Deliver a high-energy, persuasive sales experience
Compensation
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- $1,000 per high-ticket program enrollment
- $250 per standard enrollment
- High performers can easily exceed $80K–$120,000K+
