Job Overview
Prime Tech Cabinets is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery – Loader/Unloader to support daily delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Delivery – Loader/Unloader is responsible for accurately loading and unloading cabinets, materials, and components, ensuring deliveries are complete, secure, and handled safely while providing excellent support to warehouse and delivery teams.
Duties
- Load and unload cabinets, materials, and components safely and efficiently.
- Review plans, inventory sheets, and delivery paperwork to ensure all required items are loaded before departure.
- Verify delivery orders for accuracy prior to loading and unloading.
- Secure products properly for transport using tie-downs, straps, cleats, and other required equipment.
- Assist the delivery team with loading and unloading at customer job sites.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and job site personnel to ensure deliveries are unloaded in the correct location.
- Inspect products during loading and unloading for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Complete delivery paperwork and other required documentation accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading areas, delivery equipment, and warehouse staging areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper material handling techniques.
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, moving, material handling, or delivery loading/unloading experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow directions, loading procedures, and inventory documentation.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, accountable, and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be motivated, professional, and take pride in quality work.
- Ability and willingness to travel with the delivery team throughout Prime Tech Cabinets' Southern California service area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties, as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required.
