Lam Clinic is a fast-paced, patient-centered functional medicine practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized healthcare. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Ultrasound Technologist to join our clinical team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to expand beyond traditional ultrasound by performing a variety of advanced diagnostic procedures, including Allergy Testing, FibroScan®, WAVi brain health assessments, and CDQ evaluations. We are willing to train the right candidate on these specialized services.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by providers.
Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures and explain the examination process.
Operate ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently while producing diagnostic-quality images.
Perform FibroScan® liver assessments.
Perform Allergy testing.
Conduct WAVi brain health assessments.
Perform Elite workup evaluations.
Accurately document all procedures and patient information within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Communicate effectively with providers regarding examination findings and patient concerns.
Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each visit.
Maintain ultrasound equipment, diagnostic equipment, and examination rooms according to clinic standards.
Follow all HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.
Assist providers and clinical staff with additional patient care duties as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Current ARDMS certification (required).
Current BLS certification preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of ultrasound experience in an outpatient or clinical setting preferred.
Experience performing abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, vascular, and general ultrasound examinations preferred.
Comfortable learning and performing additional diagnostic testing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with providers and clinical staff.
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
