Full Job Description

Job Summary

Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for the customer experience upon entrance to CNI College. The receptionist works to ensure each visitor is given top level customer service and strives to leave each visitor with a favorable impression of CNI College.

Duties and Functions

Answers incoming phone calls and directs customers to appropriate departments while maintaining friendly voice and attitude;
Records messages and ensures they are received by appropriate parties;
Maintains communication logs pertaining to student inquiries for each program;
Completes all clerical duties as assigned. This includes but is not limited to filing, copying, distribution of forms to staff members and students;
Maintain a neat workspace and front reception area;
Handle monetary transactions pertaining to transcript requests, application fees, extra uniform orders, etc.;
Create flyers or other forms as needed
Others duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associate Degree preferred but not required.
One year of front desk receptionist experience.
One year of sales or customer service experience.
Competent in multiple computer programs including but not limited to:
All Microsoft Office Applications
Internet use/search
Able to multi-task and respond in a timely manner to requests from several departments
Ability to prioritize and deliver work of a high quality on a consistent basis
