Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role is vital in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments to support our organizational growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of full cycle recruiting, talent management, and employment law, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's talent acquisition strategy and build a diverse, high-performing workforce.

Duties

The Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment and partial onboarding management for internal and external talent across headquarters locations nationwide, with occasional support for grade‑level positions at Ports and VPCs.
The primary focus is filling entry‑ to mid‑management roles in sales, accounting, finance, and IT.
This role partners with HR and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes, manage requisition flow, conduct candidate screenings, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage requisition flow, applicant screening, intake/debrief meetings, and candidate interviews (virtual and in‑person).
ATS Documentation: Maintain accurate records in ATS systems (Dayforce, Greenhouse, etc.), create hiring packets, and submit approvals.
Candidate Management: Summarize screening results, make recommendations, and provide guidance to hiring managers.
Offer & Onboarding: Draft offer letters, collect acceptances, process background checks, and schedule drug screenings.
Sourcing: Outbound source a minimum of 25 candidates daily using databases, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter; recommend marketing strategies.
Job Posting: Post positions, attract top talent, and manage workflows of 25–30 requisitions at a time.
Communication: Provide weekly/biweekly updates to hiring managers on requisition status.
Reporting: Conduct ad hoc reporting, monitor recruitment metrics, and track process efficiency.
Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
Collaboration: Partner with HR and GUS Recruitment team to manage hiring across headquarters locations.

MUST HAVE:

This is a Corporate Recruiter position focused on high-volume full-cycle recruiting.
Candidate must have experience recruiting different departments and multiple job levels, including entry-level through management positions.
Must have strong sourcing experience, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and passive candidate generation.
Candidate should be comfortable managing 25–30 open requisitions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce, Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, etc.) is required.
Must have experience conducting intake meetings, screening candidates, interviewing, preparing offers, coordinating background checks, and supporting onboarding.
Strong communication, organization, time management, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Shift Timings: 8:30AM-5:30PM

Weekly schedule: M-F
