Our thriving dental office is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Front Office Executive to join our team full time Monday- Thursday. If you have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch patient care, we want you to be a key player in our dental practice.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Efficiently and productively schedule and manage patient appointments with attention to communicate effectively with patients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Collaborate closely with dental professionals to optimize scheduling and ensure productive efficient patient flow.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records and patient information.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate patient records.
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Process insurance claims and assist with billing procedures.
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and privacy.
Assist with office administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the dental practice.
Act as a key team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a dental office scheduler is essential.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Energetic and proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Familiarity with dental office software and scheduling systems.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
