At GranVida, we’re looking for a Weekend Receptionist who is more than just a greeter — you're a hub of positivity, communication, and support for residents, families, and team members. Whether answering phones, greeting guests, or helping with light administrative tasks, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and joyful front desk experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Greet all visitors, families, and residents with a big smile and a welcoming attitude
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and clarity
Assist with light administrative duties (sorting mail, filing, scheduling, etc.)
Provide friendly, helpful information to guests and residents
Help maintain security by monitoring front entry and sign-in procedures
Support the community team with tasks as needed — you’re the go-to helper!

WHAT YOU BRING:

A friendly, energetic, and positive personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong sense of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Dependability and punctuality — you show up and shine!
Ability to handle multiple tasks with grace and attention to detail
Previous receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
