Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in creating a memorable experience for our patients through effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy.
Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about the practice's services
Handle appointment requests, cancellations, and modifications using the electronic health record
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience.
Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.

Skills

Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with people
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
