Zum is seeking responsible and safety-oriented individuals to join our team as Non-CDL Van Drivers for our school transportation services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with students and want to make a positive impact in their community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities in a van or small vehicle
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
- Ensure student safety during loading, unloading, and while in transit
- Adhere to all traffic laws, Department of Transportation regulations, and local rule
- Manage student behavior and maintain discipline in the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 3 years of driving experience
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist students and lift up to 50 lbs
Training and Support:

Work Schedule:
- Split Shift (AM/PM) - Daily
- Possibility of additional hours for field trips and extracurricular activities
