DIANI, DIANI Shoes, and DIANI Living is a collection of multi brand clothing, shoes and home stores in downtown Santa Barbara with a premiere e-commerce site, www.dianiboutique.com. We are seeking super excited, self-motivated top talent who are design driven go-getters to join our creative team.

The position of DIANI Stylist is sales centric with most time spent in the store helping clients and exploring their needs for building upon their personal style.

Ideal candidates have a keen interest in fashion, styling, home decor, higher end customer service, thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring environment and share our passion for building client relationships. You will be continually elevating the level of service for our customers, as well as developing unique approaches to building connections with our customers and the community at large. Your ability to think outside of the box to build customer outreach and awareness will be highly valued. Our business is built on top-notch customer service, so a focus on that is priority number one.

Every Sales Professional on our team is asked to understand and thrive on the big picture of the business, and work towards making personal and store goals. So, the ability to be both self-motivated and work as a team is hugely important.
