Full Job Description

About the job

The marketing manager is a key member of EXODUS (www.exodusbio.com) marketing team in US. He/She will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing on marketing programs and activities as part of our US marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background with strategic marketing frameworks and concepts, along with professional and/or educational experience in life science or biotech industry. Candidates should have strong experience in a strategic or tactical marketing role. This role will be tasked with developing marketing campaigns, programs and content to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals.

Key responsibilities:

· Development of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies and programs for Exodus’s instrument and consumable portfolio by utilizing customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, market insights, industry trends, and tactical execution planning.

· Develop and execute customer-centric marketing tactics aligned with each stage of the customer journey.

· Oversee content creation across various formats, including case studies, blogs, emails, social media, videos and webinars to support customer needs and commercial objectives.

· Build marketing collaterals and sales enablement tools

· Manage marketing communication efforts. Develop copy and creative content for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web display, email and other digitally deployed content.

· Support product positioning, messaging, value proposition development, and product launch activities for new and existing instrument and consumable offerings.

· Support the GTM process by developing the marketing strategy for all channels and deploying content to optimize ROI.

· Manage branding and ensuring that all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines.

· Support the execution of the symposium, tradeshow and events

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage with customers, key opinion leaders, researchers, and industry partners to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.

· Work with digital marketing team member to define, monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, including engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

· Deploy and manage engaging marketing campaigns to achieve measurable goals for new and/or existing products of instruments and consumables.

· Collaborate with advertising agencies and/ or the internal design team to development high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, customer-facing presentations, tradeshow properties, and promotional materials

· Execute the co-marketing efforts with company’s business partners

· Manage marketing budgets and optimize the promotional mix on campaigns to achieve a high return on investment

· Support scientific publication promotion, application notes, customer success stories, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market awareness and product adoption.

· Provide marketing support to distributors, channel partners, strategic alliances, and other external business partners. Develop co-branded marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

· Support business development efforts. Assist in onboarding and training channel partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Life Sciences required, advanced degree preferred
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Life Sciences Marketing role, experience working with life science and biotech product marketing campaigns and content generation.
5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing program management, or related commercial marketing roles within life sciences or biotechnology.
Experienced at marketing budget planning and management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent scientific communication and content development skills.

· Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems is preferred.

· Strong project management capabilities. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

· Experience working with US KOLs, researchers, and scientific customers.

· Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This position can be based remotely within the United States or in a hybrid arrangement.
