Help create a spa experience guests will remember.

Privelle is opening in Valencia with a simple belief: exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional hospitality.

We’re building a boutique luxury day spa where guests aren’t rushed through appointments. Every visit is designed as a complete experience—from the moment guests arrive in our relaxation lounge to the moment they leave feeling renewed.

We’re looking for polished, dependable, and genuinely welcoming Spa Receptionists to join our founding team. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first and last people every guest interacts with—and an essential part of making each visit feel thoughtful, personal, and effortless.

Work in a Luxury Environment

Privelle combines premium spa treatments with thoughtfully designed spaces, including a relaxation lounge where guests can unwind before and after their services.

Support Guests Without High-Pressure Selling

You’ll educate guests about services, memberships, enhancements, and retail products when appropriate. Our approach is informative and personalized—not scripted or aggressive.

As Privelle grows, strong team members may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into lead, training, or management positions.

Compensation and Schedule

$22 per hour
Part-time hourly W-2 position
Approximately 25–30 hours per week
Typically four to five shifts per week
Typical opening shift: 9:45 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
Typical closing shift: 3:15 p.m.–9:15 p.m.
Morning, evening, weekend, and selected holiday availability required
Your base compensation is hourly and is not dependent on sales. Eligible incentive earnings may be available in addition to your hourly wage.

Schedules may vary according to guest demand, business needs, training, and team coverage.

Additional Earning Opportunities

Employees are eligible for additional earning opportunities through Privelle’s incentive programs. These may include commissions for eligible service enhancements, new memberships, and membership upgrades, as well as recognition bonuses when verified guest feedback specifically identifies an employee for delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and Guide Guests

Welcome every guest warmly and professionally.
Learn and use guest names whenever possible.
Guide guests through check-in, service preparation, the relaxation lounge, and departure.
Explain spa amenities, service flow, and what guests can expect during their visit.
Offer beverages and help maintain a comfortable, organized relaxation environment.
Anticipate guest needs while respecting their privacy and personal space.
Create a calm atmosphere even when the spa is busy.

Manage Appointments and Communication

Answer telephone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately.
Help guests select appropriate services based on their preferences and scheduling needs.
Coordinate multiple services, group visits, and appointments involving more than one provider.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, consultation information, and appointment notes.
Communicate schedule changes and important guest information to service providers and management.
Follow up on guest inquiries and unresolved requests.

Check Out and Support Returning Visits

Process payments, gratuities, gift cards, memberships, and retail purchases accurately.
Review charges with guests and answer pricing questions clearly.
Invite guests to schedule their next visit when appropriate.
Explain Privelle’s membership options accurately and without pressure.
Help members understand their benefits, available services, and account information.
Recommend relevant enhancements or retail products when they genuinely support the guest’s needs.
Thank every guest and ensure their departure feels as thoughtful as their arrival.

Coordinate the Guest Experience

Work closely with massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and management.
Monitor appointment flow and help keep services running on time.
Notify providers when guests arrive and communicate delays or schedule adjustments.
Help resolve scheduling conflicts before they affect the guest experience.
Support smooth transitions between services and relaxation areas.
Respond to guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and appropriate urgency.
Escalate concerns to the Spa Manager when necessary.

Maintain Front-Desk Standards

Keep the reception desk, entrance, relaxation lounge, and retail displays clean and organized.
Restock guest amenities, beverages, printed materials, and front-desk supplies.
Maintain accurate cash, payment, gift-card, and transaction records.
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Protect guest privacy and confidential business information.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
Assist the Spa Manager and team with daily operational needs.

Qualifications

At least two years of front-desk, reception, reservations, or guest-services experience in a spa, hotel, resort, or comparable hospitality environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide polished, personalized customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable managing telephone calls, email, text messages, and in-person guests simultaneously.
Comfortable learning scheduling, point-of-sale, membership, payment, and guest-management systems.
Ability to remain calm, gracious, and solutions-oriented during busy periods.
Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury hospitality environment.
Dependable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented.
Ability to handle payments and confidential guest information responsibly.
Availability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and selected holidays.

Experience with spa-booking software, membership programs, luxury retail, or concierge service is appreciated but not required.
