About the Role

As a Precision CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality components by setting up and running advanced milling and turning equipment. You will ensure production efficiency and part accuracy, directly contributing to the delivery of superior products that meet rigorous engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Configure fixtures, tooling, and attachments to prepare CNC equipment for precise machining operations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review technical specifications and optimize production workflows for complex parts.
Adjust machine parameters, including feed rates and cutting styles, to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality output.
Monitor active machining processes to proactively identify and resolve potential errors, ensuring consistent performance.
Manage machine maintenance schedules, including lubrication and coolant management, to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.
Perform comprehensive quality inspections on finished components to verify adherence to design blueprints and quality requirements.
Interpret and load technical cutting plans into machine controllers, making necessary adjustments to ensure operational success.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery.
Proficiency in machine setup, tool management, and routine equipment maintenance.
Familiarity with CNC control software and interpreting technical machining instructions.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical mindset with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated commitment to precision and maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.
Working knowledge of G-code programming and logic.
