Join our collaborative Cupertino-based team specializing in residential and wood-frame structural engineering, open to junior or senior candidates!

What You’ll Do

Perform structural analysis and design for residential and wood-frame buildings
Prepare construction drawings and structural details
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants
Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support
[Senior Only] Mentor junior engineers and assist with technical reviews

On-site work required at our Cupertino office

Compensation

Junior Level: $70,000 – $90,000/year
Senior Level: $90,000 – $120,000/year

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EnerCal, Bluebeam, Excel)
Solid understanding of California Building Code (CBC), ASCE 7, and wood-frame construction
Strong communication and collaboration skills
California PE license preferred (required for senior level)
Junior: 0–3 years experience / Senior: 4+ years experience in structural engineering

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience working on Bay Area residential projects
Familiarity with local permitting processes
Interest in long-term career growth and leadership development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
