Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Schedule: Full-time; ~40 hour/week; Benefits Eligible; Ideal candidates are able to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Monday & Tuesday: 8am - 6pm

Wednesday: 9am - 7pm

Thursday: 10am - 8pm

Ideal Candidate:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant work experience preferred.
3-5 years supervision and management experience in positions of increasing responsibility strongly preferred.
Function independently with a low level of supervision
Provide excellent customer service
Demonstrate and facilitate excellent communication
Provide leadership and staff supervision
Proactively and positively lead change
Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture

What You'll Do:

Monitors health center flow to ensure quality patient care, timely appointments, minimize flow busters, and reduce staff burnout
Monitors and intervenes to improve performance indicators and benchmarks
Monitors regulatory compliance with regards to Laboratory, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, Minor Abuse Reporting, pharmacy etc.
Manages appointment templates to achieve access and budget goals.
Markets and promotes health center
Guides and supervises employees; assigns and delegates tasks.
Facilitates communication with employees and acts as an ambassador of house-wide initiatives, goals, and policies.
Creates and maintains schedule to ensure department coverage. Collaborate with the human resources department when a staff need a leave of absence or requests an accommodation.
Monitors and authorizes timesheets and time-off requests.
Collaborates with Human Resources in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of staff.
Provides professional development, training, and tools to ensure compliance and performance.
Evaluates employee performance regularly and identifies and provides opportunities for development, coaching, and growth.
Works to foster positive and productive communication and culture with and among staff.
Monitors department budget and spends responsibly.
Monitors, gathers and reports on department data.
Implements facility policy within department; identifies and resolves potential conflicts.
Audits functions throughout department to ensure regulatory compliance.
Communicates regularly on department successes, needs, obstacles, and recommendations.
Additional duties as needed.

Salary Range: $70,465.85 - $89,264.03/year*
*Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $70,465.85 - $79,864.94/year and based on related professional experience

Bonuses:

Sign-on $6,000 ($3,000 upon starting; $3,000 after 1 year of continuous employment)
Relocation: $5,000 upon starting with 1 year of continuous employment

COVID-19 Protocol: Vaccination against COVID-19 will no longer be a condition of employment. However, all Health Center/Patient or Community Facing Employees, must have the COVID vaccine or wear a mask at all times beginning November 1st. Proof must be uploaded upon hire. Flu Protocol: All employees working directly with patients, the community or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient/community contact or while in the health center from November 1 – April 30 each year (Flu Season).
