Provide Meaningful Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living in a calm, cozy 8-bed home environment where relationships matter.
Work Predictable Shifts: Shifts are structured 12-hour blocks (day or night) with consistent routines and clear handoffs to support resident safety and caregiver confidence.

Requirements

Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled nursing facility preferred
Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the care team
Must demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and respectful communication with residents, families, and team members
Must be able to assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
