Full Job Description

Seldin Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at Anasazi Village apartment community in Santa Fe, NM. This is a tax credit property with 116 units.

Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management is required.

This position will offer a competitive salary based on experience, certifications, skills, and education, along with an attractive bonus package.

Hiring Bonus: $1,000
- $250 after 30 days of employment
- $250 after 90 days of employment
- $500 after 6 months of employment
Retention Bonus: $1,000 after 1 year of employment
Leasing Commissions: Earn $150 for every new lease signed during your first 6 months of employment.
