Full Job Description

Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This travel role in a dynamic Echo Lab will allow you to work with a diverse patient population, broadening your clinical expertise while collaborating with experienced teams. You'll gain exposure to a range of workplace practices and leadership styles—an ideal way to strengthen your resume while enjoying the professional growth that comes from adapting to new environments.

Schedule/Hours:

Days: 7:00AM – 5:30PM

What You’ll Do:

Perform diagnostic echocardiograms for adult and pediatric patients
Communicate findings and collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain and operate sonography equipment in accordance with best safety and infection control standards
Accurately document procedures and patient information
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the diagnostic processes

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Completion of a two-year allied health education program (patient care related preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
A.R.D.M.S./CCI registered, registry eligible, or nationally accredited equivalent
Hold a New Mexico Echo Sonographer License
BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
Two years of hands-on echocardiography experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic team environment
Manual dexterity to perform required imaging
Physical ability to lift patients and maneuver equipment

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
