Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Operations Manager to lead and optimize our organizational processes, drive operational excellence, and support sustainable business growth. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company goals to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Oversee daily business operations across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and process improvement.
Lead and manage executive-level teams, fostering leadership development, team collaboration, and high morale.
Analyze profit & loss statements regularly to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
Utilize Excel data analysis tools to interpret complex data sets, support decision-making, and monitor key performance indicators.
Drive project management initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance customer service, and support business development efforts.
Implement lean management principles to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and improve overall operational performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning efforts to set long-term objectives and operational priorities.
Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis to ensure fiscal health.
Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality across all functions.

Requirements

Proven management experience with a strong track record in overseeing large teams and complex operations.
Extensive knowledge of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights.
Demonstrated success in project management and implementing process improvements within a fast-paced environment.
Strong business management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
Excellent team management capabilities with experience in leadership development and supervisory roles.
Exceptional managerial communication skills to effectively convey strategies and motivate teams at all levels.
Customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction through operational excellence.
Experience in operational management within diverse industries is preferred; lean management certification is a plus.
