Job Description: Club Manager

Reports to: Ownership/Chef

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, plus commission on club sign-ups and member retention.

Description:

The Club Manager is responsible for all member relations regarding CB Club. The Club Manager upholds company standards, and is the leader of CB Club vision by providing excellent hospitality to members and guests.

Responsibilities:

Financial Wellness and budget control
Facility and Compliance
Purchasing
Point of sale system/operating software
Peoplevine CRM software
Organization, control, and growth of CB’s membership
Event Bookings/Programming
Future sales growth
Training staff
Vendor relations for events
Direct point of contact for members' needs
Protecting the business and its employees

Daily Duties:

Wednesday through Sunday service
Holding the team accountable to club standards
All admin duties needed for successful service
Money handling as needed
Ordering as needed
Opening and closing the facility as needed
Assisting with Scheduling
Day to day point of contact for Club members
Assisting with ordering product
Working on the floor during service
Marketing posting
Weekly Newsletter
Text marketing campaigns
Working events
Keeping up with current food and beverage trends
Upholding company standards
All other duties and tasks needed for daily service

Qualifications:

5 plus years of hospitality management or club management experience
Club experience preferred
Kitchen experience preferred
Sommelier certification preferred
Knowledge of spirits
Manager food safety certified
Point of sale management and control
Some IT experience preferred
Able to work with Human resources
Knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and expense control
Vendor contract knowledge
Event management experience
Excellent management skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work late nights and early mornings
Has a passion for luxury service
In depth knowledge of Food and beverage market trends
Able to multi task
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
