We provide exceptional EHS consulting services to help businesses navigate complex regulatory requirements while improving workplace safety and environmental compliance. Join our collaborative team and make a meaningful impact on California businesses.

The Role

We're seeking an EHS Project Manager with 2-6 years of industry experience to join our growing team in our Long Beach, CA office. This role bridges technical expertise with project management skills, with a focus on developing leadership capabilities, allowing you to both lead projects and contribute to our company's growth. You'll manage key client relationships, oversee compliance initiatives, and serve as a technical mentor to EHS Specialists while working alongside senior leadership to develop service offerings.

What You'll Do

· Manage EHS projects for our clients, providing exceptional client service while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

· Develop health and safety programs for clients.

· Prepare reports for our clients to follow guidance and regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards, and other federal, state, and local government agencies.

· Assist with permitting requirements and documentation (air quality, wastewater, Tiered Permitting, storm water, etc.).

· Conduct training for employees of client companies.

· Conduct monitoring (air monitoring, soil sampling, etc.).

· Conduct compliance audits.

· Provide ongoing compliance support to clients.

· Provide various other support activities to clients to assist with their compliance efforts.

What You Bring

· 2-6 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry.

· Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree a plus).

· Strong knowledge of California EH&S regulations including CalOSHA, air quality, hazardous materials/waste, stormwater and wastewater, and health & safety compliance with expertise in at least one field.

· Strong experience in environmental consulting.

· Professional certifications (PE, CPP, PG, CHMM, etc.) highly valued.

· Strategic thinking abilities with a talent for anticipating client needs and regulatory trends.

· Excellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to clients.

· Comfortable conducting trainings for groups of 10-40 people.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and environmental compliance software.

· Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
