Retail Sales Manager

What you will do:

· Understand and operate the point of sales system and reporting modules to create processes for employees

· Learning, training and supervising opening and closing of the cash register daily while ensuring balance

· Overlook supervisors when cash balancing registers at the end of day and week

· Secure funds for each store on a weekly basis

· Train employees to successfully engage with multiple customers at a time while still providing each with an attentive and exceptional shopping experience

· Training, maintaining and auditing sanitation standards

· Train employees to provide customers an in-depth knowledge about the water industrial system, which produces 5-7 different types of water, and how it compares to residential filtration systems

· Train employees to provide knowledge to customers about water types in stores and industrial filtration system at water bar

· Train employees to utilize the in-depth knowledge in order to up sale residential and whole home filtration systems

· Train employees to maintain the company standards while providing an outstanding customer experience without daily supervision

· Directly approve returns and overlooks return process while guaranteeing shrinkage remains at zero

· Create, implement, achieve and maintain sale goals and quotas for each store and for each supervisor/employee

· Understand and maintain a systematic approach to train employees of sales process and company protocol

· Coaches and help employees in career growth

Must Haves:

· Punctual

· Flexible schedule

· Retail sales experience and sales oriented

· Highly organized and self-motivated

· Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient in English, reading and writing

· Adaptable in any given situation

· Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others

· Conscious of the importance of sanitation

· Retail experience in an environment with high expectations

· Familiar with community needs and culture
