(Hiring) Personal Injury Attorneys (Litigation & Prelitigation) (Onsite)

(Pay is: $100k-$250k + Benefits)

(Pay Varies depending on the position and firm)

(3-10+ Years of personal injury law firm experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Personal Injury Attorneys looking for work or a new opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in personal injury law, demonstrating a strong commitment to advocating for clients and achieving favorable case outcomes. This role involves managing all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client consultation through trial preparation and settlement negotiations. The successful applicant will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional legal representation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including investigation, evidence collection, and case evaluation.
Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, procedural laws, and case law to support case strategy.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
Prepare cases for trial by organizing evidence, coordinating depositions, and developing litigation strategies.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize client benefits.
Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with effective advocacy.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case progress, legal options, and settlement opportunities.
Utilize legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development.
Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters involving general & commercial litigation, employment law cases, or other related areas.
Ensure compliance with procedural laws and court rules throughout the litigation process.
Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software and maintain meticulous documentation.

Experience

Proven experience in personal injury law with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
Familiarity with a broad range of legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, employment law, and statutory legal research.
Demonstrated ability to conduct court depositions effectively and prepare comprehensive trial strategies.
Experience drafting contracts and legal motions with precision and clarity.
Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate persuasively on behalf of clients.
Knowledge of procedural laws relevant to litigation processes across various jurisdictions.
Prior law office experience involving client communication, legal writing, motion preparation, and administrative tasks related to legal case management.
Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze complex legal issues efficiently.
