Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Korean-English Assistant Administrator to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and enjoys supporting daily operations. As a key member of our administrative team, you will facilitate smooth communication between Korean and English-speaking clients and staff, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and ensure the office runs seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a vibrant, multicultural workplace.

Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean and English-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in person
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping
Organize files, maintain confidential information securely, and oversee office supplies inventory to ensure operational efficiency
Assist with office management duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative projects
Support clerical tasks including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence

Skills

Bilingual fluency in Korean and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy across various platforms
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping purposes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Strong customer service orientation with professional phone communication skills and proper phone etiquette
Previous office experience involving data entry, filing, clerical support, and handling confidential information
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations in a busy office environment
Personal assistant or administrative experience is highly desirable to support executive or team needs
