Stretch Zone in SANTA ROSA BEACH is Hiring! We are looking for passionate team members who have a strong desire to help our clients improve their mobility, flexibility, and range of motion through Hands-on Practitioner-Assisted Stretching protocols. Motivated individuals with Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, or Medical Massage backgrounds are preferred, but Fitness or Health and Wellness backgrounds are encouraged. Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience is Preferred. Must thrive in a High Performing Team Environment.

This is a part time position that could advance to full time for the right candidate. Must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday per month (9-3) and attend Events sponsored by our Studio.

Compensation / Perks:

$20 to $25 Hourly

Skills

Experience working one-on-one with clients
General knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred

Responsibilities:

Maintains a high energy, positive attitude and wants to work in a high performing team environment.
Provides our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Serves clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities. Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
Keeps clients on schedule with their programs.
All team members clean and maintain the store.
Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
Must be comfortable in a hands-on role with clients.
