Full Job Description

Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP is seeking a bright, motivated, and intellectually curious individual who is interested in building a long-term career in the legal field. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with a four‑year college degree who wants meaningful exposure to the practice of law.

Our firm handles a broad range of legal matters, including real estate transactions, estate planning, trust and probate matters, and civil litigation. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while learning how legal matters are developed, managed, and resolved.

We are looking for candidates who are organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling responsibility in a professional environment.

Assist attorneys with a variety of legal matters including real estate transactions, estate planning, probate matters, and litigation support
Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and client materials
Maintain case and transaction files and track important deadlines
Communicate with clients, courts, title companies, and other professionals as directed
Assist with document preparation related to wills, trusts, and real estate transactions
Conduct basic factual and legal research
Provide general administrative and organizational support to attorneys and legal staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (any discipline; strong academic background preferred)
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Interest in the legal profession and desire to build a career in law
Prior legal or professional office experience is helpful but not required
