Roofing Sales Manager

(No Exterior Remodeling or Sales Experience Needed)

Our company is an established exterior home remodeling business (specializing in roofing, siding, windows and gutters) serving homeowners in the North Bay region of California. With a strong reputation for high-quality workmanship and customer service, we combine a local, community-first culture with the systems, training, and growth opportunities of a rapidly expanding organization. We are looking for a highly motivated, coachable, and leadership-oriented Roofing Sales Manager to help build and lead a successful sales organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals from a variety of backgrounds including customer service, hospitality, retail, operations, construction, automotive, military, athletics, or other team-oriented environments.

We value professionalism, leadership potential, coachability, accountability, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Prior exterior remodeling, construction or sales experience is not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Recruit, train, and manage residential roofing sales representatives

· Conduct ride-alongs and support sales opportunities

· Build and maintain a positive, performance-oriented sales culture

· Coach team members on process, customer communication, and sales techniques

· Ensure homeowners receive an exceptional customer experience

· Develop strong local relationships and community reputation

· Lead with professionalism, urgency, accountability, and customer focus

· Collaborate with leadership to support company growth initiatives

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We invest heavily in training and leadership development and utilize a highly structured and proven sales system.

· Intensive sales and process training

· Ride-alongs with senior leadership

· Hands-on field coaching

· Advanced training sessions leveraging systems used across top-performing exterior remodeling organizations nationwide

Following an extensive paid training program, managers will be expected to begin recruiting and developing their own sales team within the first few months.

COMPENSATION

Target Earnings: $150,000 – $200,000+ (uncapped)

· Base salary (~$70,000)

· Personal sales commissions

· Team overrides

High performers will have substantial advancement opportunities as the company continues to expand.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with company policy and applicable law

· Final candidates offered employment for this position will be required to successfully complete a post-offer drug screening, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and non-DOT physical examination consistent with the essential functions of the role and applicable safety requirements

· Driving history will be evaluated in a manner consistent with California law and legitimate business necessity related to the position
