About Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll own the strategic relationship and success of a portfolio of client accounts — serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor while leading execution across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. This role is ideal for someone who sees client retention and account growth as inseparable from campaign performance, and who's ready to combine hands-on channel expertise with the relationship management skills to keep clients engaged for the long term.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to client goals
Serve as the primary relationship owner for each client account, building trust through proactive communication, transparent reporting, and consistent follow-through
Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and present data-driven recommendations to clients
Edit and optimize SEO content in collaboration with our Content Coordinator
Lead client communications via email, phone, and meetings (virtual or in-person)
Identify and recommend upsell opportunities while proactively managing account health to minimize churn and strengthen long-term retention
Create compelling case studies and drive online review acquisition
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Maintain the professional and friendly online reputation of the company
Occasionally assist with administrative tasks, such as phone coverage
Set clear expectations with clients around campaign timelines and results, and flag account risk early so issues can be addressed before they threaten the relationship

What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
1 year of Answer and Search Engine Optimization experience preferred
1+ years of account management, client success, or client-facing relationship management experience preferred
2 years of Search Engine Optimization experience required
2+ years of experience in digital marketing required
Strong proficiency in various digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with evolving marketing trends and tools
