Structured mentorship from day one. Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) during onboarding, plus weekly 1-on-1 meetings with your Clinic Director. This isn't a "figure it out yourself" environment. We invest in making you a better clinician from the jump, and the mentorship doesn't stop after onboarding. Both your OCS mentor and Clinic Director continue structured development with you long-term.
Monthly group continuing education meetings where the whole team digs into the most cutting-edge research, practices manual therapy techniques together, and workshops exercise progressions. You'll stay sharp and keep growing without doing it alone.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a fitness-minded, confident, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing squad of 5 world-class clinicians. Your day-to-day will include treating a diverse caseload of active individuals, from distance runners to weekend warriors, using our Pro+Kinetix 3-Step Therapy System. You'll also be a member of our Growth Team, collaborating with local fitness professionals, following up with patients to deliver unmatched care, and building a community presence through networking and referrals to fuel our already rapid growth.

As a Physical Therapist at Pro+Kinetix, you'll be plugged into a proven yet flexible patient success framework that ensures a world-class experience for both you and the patient. This full-time role will be responsible for:

Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to pinpoint each patient's needs.
Customized Care Plans: Design individualized treatment and maintenance programs that support recovery and long-term well-being.
Community Engagement: Get outside the clinic and connect with fellow health professionals to share knowledge and promote wellness.
Sports Performance Programming: Build cutting-edge performance programs that help athletes reach their highest potential.
Shape the Future of Care: Be at the forefront of patient care by innovating and redefining how we deliver exceptional experiences.
Genuine Conversation: You must enjoy authentic conversation and supporting people at a vulnerable point in their lives.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Preferred: CSCS, OCS, or SCS certifications
You're known for listening to patients not just with your ears, but with genuine empathy, ensuring each care plan is as unique as the person it's built for.
