Full Job Description

Job Summary:

Serves as a key support role working closely with other staff members to further the mission and goals of the Healthcare Foundation, while serving as the first impression to all guests, visitors and callers, as well as, engaging with staff, donors, volunteers and hospital employees to advance philanthropic relationships, assisting in coordinating fundraising activities, and providing day-to-day administrative support for the Healthcare Foundation.

Required Qualifications:

Require an Associate's Degree with one (1) to (2) years of not-for-profit related experience, or equivalent combination. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer demonstrated understanding of fundraising and the role of stewardship in cultivating future giving to an organization.
Prefer the ability to work independently or in groups.
Prefer detail oriented with excellent recordkeeping skills.
Prefer excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well with other individuals.
Prefer organizational skills involving administrative processes and in working with colleagues and support staff.
Prefer ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office with a knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge.
Prefer exceptional writing skills, with attention to detail and keen ability to craft compelling and persuasive communications.
Prefer self-motivated with ability to work under deadlines.
Prefer the ability to work as an integral part of a fundraising team.

This position is primarily Monday through Friday 8-5 with occasional evening and weekend work. It is 100% onsite without hybrid options.
