Full Job Description

Beachside Hospitality Group II is looking for talented and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team. We are committed to the highest standards of quality and presentation with a “guest first” focus. The ideal candidate is focused on excellent customer service and operational results, has demonstrated restaurant leadership experience and has a passion for growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure every guest receives outstanding service by maintaining a friendly environment, upholding company standards, and delivering all aspects of guest service.
Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through daily restaurant management, staff meetings, restaurant walk-throughs, observations, and applicable audits.
Monitor financial performance, review financial statements, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Support the managers and employees by being “hands-on” and assisting in the service of food, clearing of tables and restocking of items as needed.

Essentials:

You must have 4 years of experience as a restaurant manager of a high volume culinary/hospitality experience
Exhibit positive leadership, motivational and people skills
Exhibit a strong understanding and ability to manage the operating budget, P&L, and labor in a restaurant setting.
Must have a strong understanding of high-volume inventory management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring strict adherence to health code standards.
Must have strong computer skills for purpose of using all restaurant management software
Must possess a driver's license or state issued ID card.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
