Job description

Flooring and bath design center is looking for an office manager. Must know QuickBooks at Advanced Level!! Must know SketchUp, read Blueprints and create 3D Rendering. Candidates must have previous Flooring Experience ! The right candidate is innovative, self-starting, and extremely focused. This person should have superior attention to detail, great organization and customer service skills, confidence to proactively jump in and own tasks, and be reliable.

Job Duties Include:

A high level of professionalism in dealing with individuals from both inside and outside of the company
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form
Maintain files, calendars, records and systems for assigned functional areas
Answer phones and help clients as needed
Greet customers in the showroom and answer questions, take sales orders, prepare paperwork for pickup and delivery, and/or supply samples if needed
Update ETA, complete and delivery excel reports on a daily basis
Process paperwork for customer credit applications
Keep showroom samples stocked and keep showroom clean
Process payments
Manage and Report Organization of financial Data
Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable
Manage Balance Sheets and Profit/Loss Statements
Manage All Accounting Transactions

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; plus, 2 years experience
Expert with QuickBooks
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Flooring and Design Experience
Organizational skills
Detail oriented
Team player
Time management skills
Customer service focused
Communication skills
PRIMARY LOCATION: Sarasota, FL
