The Managing Broker leads a team of 130+ advisors at our downtown Sarasota location as well as nearby Longboat Key. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership acumen and professional experience at a large high-producing office. Consistently ranked among the company’s top-performing locations by sales volume, our Sarasota and Longboat Key offices excel in both general brokerage and new construction project sales.

Job Description:

The Managing Broker is responsible for the selection, development, and support of all Sales Advisors and oversight of all operations. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of leading top advisors and extensive experience in high-end luxury home sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s listings and all Real Estate transactions
Motivating and leading a team of Real Estate Sales Advisors to outperform established office sales goals
Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintaining a unique culture and Sotheby’s International Realty standards.
Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential Real Estate agents
Provide business development and financial management consulting to agents, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance
Promote a strong customer-focused environment and ensure that agents have access to training and educational goals
Maintain a positive and empowering environment that challenges Advisors to reach their potential

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of Real Estate Management or Managing Broker experience at a large, high-producing office
Active Florida Real Estate Broker's License in good standing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in leadership in the field of Real Estate sales and marketing is preferred but not required
Significant experience leading top sales professionals in a luxury market to be considered
Experience in training and coaching sales advisors
Exceptional presentation and communication skills; impeccable grammar, both verbal and written
Project Management, leadership, creative and analytical skills
Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiency

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
