Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living
We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Community Resources Coordinator- a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
While we welcome our first phases of new residents moving in, this role will focus heavily on move-in coordination, managing resident move-ins, logistics, vendors, and problem-solving as we prepare to welcome our first residents in early 2027. As the community grows, the position will transition into a Community Resources Coordinator role, focused on resident engagement, activities, events, clubs, and building a vibrant community culture. As a startup community, we're looking for someone who is excited to help build something from the ground up and can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more.
Join us in shaping a thriving, engaging and high-quality living experience for the residents who will call Emerson Lakes home.
