Join our vibrant team as an Assistant Wedding Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational prowess will help craft unforgettable wedding experiences! In this dynamic role, you will support the lead wedding coordinator in managing all aspects of wedding planning and execution, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with our clients’ visions. Your energy and customer-focused approach will shine as you assist with event setup, vendor coordination, and guest services, contributing to seamless celebrations that leave lasting memories. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in event management while working in a lively, supportive environment dedicated to excellence and creativity.

Duties

Assist the lead wedding coordinator in planning and executing wedding events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers to ensure timely delivery and setup
Support venue setup including decor arrangements, seating plans, and equipment organization
Communicate clearly with clients and guests to address questions, provide information, and enhance guest experience
Manage event timelines, ensuring all activities stay on schedule and any issues are promptly resolved
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding proactively to requests
Excellent event planning and management skills for coordinating multiple elements smoothly
Outstanding customer service skills to create positive interactions with clients and guests
Effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
Knowledge of banquet operations, catering logistics, hotel or restaurant experience beneficial for understanding hospitality standards
Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
