Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and lively work environment. We are open 7 days a week!

Responsibilities

On the job training
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software.
Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and client databases.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and word processing.
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Assist with general office management tasks to enhance overall productivity and organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or front desk roles.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction abilities.
Bilingual capabilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Somali and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Personal assistant or Medical support experience is a plus, along with time management expertise.
Previous dental experience preferred.
Rotating weekends
