FlexTrades is hiring experienced MIG Welders for an upcoming project. This is a great opportunity for welders who enjoy working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment, with consistent hours and strong support from our team.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on primarily carbon steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld drawings, and AWS symbols
- Accurately identify left/right layouts from weld prints
- Complete welds to meet production goals and daily output expectations
- Use grinders and hand tools to clean and finish welds
- Ensure weld quality meets visual inspection standards (profile, undercut, spatter, etc.)
- Work independently on assigned projects, with occasional team collaboration on larger weldments
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
- Proven experience with MIG welding in a production environment
- Strong ability to read blueprints and weld symbols (required)
- Understanding of basic weld quality standards and inspection criteria
- Experience working with carbon steel (primary material)
- Ability to perform single-pass welds and maintain consistent weld quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Basic grinding and finishing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available when needed)
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $32/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Travel Pay to and from the project
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
