Full Job Description

Masterpiece Painting has been in business for over 20 years and is based out of Saint Cloud MN. We are seeking full-time painters for commercial, residential, and multi-family painting. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to the Masterpiece shop. Must be able to load and unload tools, materials, equipment, and be able to lift 60 lbs.

Painting experience is strongly preferred, and reliable transportation required.

Masterpiece will provide all equipment & materials needed to successfully complete projects. Company vehicles will be provided as needed.

We have several ongoing projects year-round. Almost all projects are within 1 hour of the St. Cloud area. These projects will provide year-round employment for all employees.

We are looking for skilled Painters to prep and paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings, and other surfaces. Seeking painters who have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and possess great attention to detail in completing their duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work.

Responsibilities

Make on-site preparations before painting begins.
Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools & equipment
Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Skills

Proven experience as a painter preferred
Knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, rollers, paint sprayers, caulking guns, etc.)
Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, lifts, etc.
Conscientious with great attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
