Full Job Description

We’re looking for a proven General Manager with strong restaurant leadership experience to take ownership of our key location at 719 Ashmun St. This is not an entry-level role and not a “learn as you go” GM position. We’re looking for a leader who already knows how to run a store — and is hungry to grow it.

At Domino’s Team GLP, our goal isn’t just to hire a General Manager. Our goal is to develop rockstar leaders, support them long-term, and create opportunities as our company continues to grow. If you’re a confident operator who cares about people, standards, and results, we want to talk.

What This Role Is

Full ownership of day-to-day store operations
Leading, coaching, and developing insiders and drivers
Running clean, efficient shifts that WOW customers
Holding standards, driving accountability, and building a strong team culture
Managing labor, food, inventory, and profitability
Partnering with your Area Supervisor and Regional Director
This is a hands-on, physically active role with regular involvement in pizza making and fast-paced operations
Actively represent the store in the local community and support give-back initiatives as part of how we do business

Time Commitment & Schedule Expectations

45–50 hours per week
Approximately 45 hours in-store / in the field
Approximately 5 hours administrative (scheduling, inventory, reporting, planning)
This is a hands-on leadership role — you lead from the floor, not from an office.
Weekend involvement is required. General Managers are expected to be present and engaged on Fridays and Saturdays on a consistent basis.
Sunday evening availability is required for full-store weekly inventory.
Holiday availability is expected, as key business days require leadership presence.
Once fully trained, GMs have flexibility to build their schedule, but must be available during critical business periods.

Drives sales, controls costs, and improves performance over time

Key Responsibilities

Be involved in daily operations, including product making
Lead and mentor multiple insiders and drivers simultaneously
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run store
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Manage cash handling, tills, and driver check-outs
Oversee inventory counts and ordering
Execute company standards and direction from leadership
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
