Bookkeeper (QuickBooks + LBMX Preferred)

Location: Savannah, GA

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience

Job Summary

We are hiring a reliable and detail-focused Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank

reconciliations, financial reporting, and QuickBooks. Experience with LBMX and Intuit

Enterprise Suite is highly preferred.

This role is excellent for someone who is organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple

financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately and on

schedule.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage and organize financial data using QuickBooks and Intuit Enterprise Suite.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist with audit preparation, organizing documentation and support materials.

Monitor budgets and support financial planning efforts.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.

Collaborate with management and team members to improve accounting processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role.

Strong understanding of AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliation processes.

Proficiency in QuickBooks required.

Experience with LBMX and Intuit Enterprise Suite highly preferred.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
