Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools to enhance content quality.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and maintaining consistent brand messaging online.
Assist with branding initiatives by ensuring all content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop content that drives e-commerce growth and customer engagement.
Assist in Sales and Customer Satisfaction results

Skills

Proficiency in social media platforms management including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., with experience in content creation. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating compelling visual content.
Ability to analyze marketing data through Google Analytics or similar tools to monitor performance metrics effectively.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills for creating engaging posts, blogs, engaging customers and assisting in sales activities.
Knowledge of keyword research techniques and web analytics to optimize online visibility.
Familiarity with relationship management tools for maintaining customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
