Schedule: Full-Time, 4.5 days/week (M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), No Hospital Call

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Nephrologist to join SouthCoast Health, a premier, physician-led multi-specialty group in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. Due to exceptional growth, this position represents a high-yield opportunity to join an established, top-tier nephrology division as its fourth physician provider. Joining this practice means inheriting a massive market share and stepping into a highly lucrative environment with the absolute backing of a powerful national organization.

Clinical Scope & Patient Panel: Deliver the full scope of high-quality, best-practice nephrology services across an expansive coastal patient panel. The incoming physician must be dual-licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, taking on primary rounding responsibilities and medical directorships at thriving local dialysis units.
Collaborative Practice Culture: Join a highly sophisticated in-house team consisting of 3 board-certified Nephrologists and a dedicated cohort of advanced practice providers-including one lead physician who produces 50,000 wRVUs with the support of 4 nurse practitioners. The culture promotes hard work, deep interdisciplinary alignment, and peer-to-peer collaboration within a massive network of over 120 healthcare professionals.

Practitioners leverage a tenured support staff, advanced population health management programs, and cutting-edge administrative relief designed to align reimbursements directly with superior quality and clinical outcomes.
Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy premium lifestyle balance with a predictable 4.5-day workweek and zero hospital call requirements. The highly manageable 1:4 call schedule is exclusively office-based practice call, ensuring seamless work-life harmony and dedicated downtime.
Financial Design & Long-Term Growth: Offers elite financial performance with a guaranteed starting base salary of $250,000 for the first two years, transitioning to a high-yield production model in year three where senior partners routinely land in the 90th percentile of national compensation with max earnings around $500,000. The comprehensive package features complete benefits, a $10,000 to $20,000 signing bonus, $10,000 in relocation assistance, and an accelerated path to partnership with absolutely zero buy-in required.
